Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 June 2026

By using Dizzin you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Dizzin is

Dizzin is a personal tool for tracking vestibular symptoms and lifestyle factors, and for surfacing statistical patterns in the data you enter. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not a substitute for medical care

The information and patterns Dizzin shows are for your own awareness and for sharing with your clinician. They are correlations, not causes, and not clinical conclusions. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider about any medical condition or before making health decisions. If you have severe or sudden symptoms, seek emergency care. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the app.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Accounts

You sign in with Google to use Dizzin. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter. You can export or delete it at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Health logs are stored on your device. Optional Pro cloud backup stores a copy in your own iCloud or Google Drive account.

6. "As is" — no warranties

Dizzin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detected patterns are accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
