We built Dizzin because "it's probably stress" isn't an answer.
Living with chronic dizziness means living with uncertainty. Dizzin exists to replace some of that uncertainty with something you can actually look at: your own patterns.
The problem we kept running into
Vestibular conditions — Ménière's disease, vestibular migraine, BPPV, PPPD, vestibular neuritis — share a cruel trait: the symptoms are dramatic, but the triggers are invisible. People spend years asking "was it the salt? the storm? the bad night's sleep?" and never quite know. Appointments are short, memory is unreliable, and most tracking apps just hand you a diary and wish you luck.
What we decided to build instead
Dizzin is a pattern engine, not just a log. It takes the episodes and daily check-ins you record and runs real statistics across your history — with lag windows and confidence gates — to estimate which factors are actually associated with your bad days, and which aren't. Then it says so plainly: Strong, Possible, or Early signal, and it tells you what it has ruled out.
Principles we won't compromise on
- Privacy by design. Your health logs live on your phone and analysis runs on-device. We don't sell data and we never show ads. Only account and subscription details sit on our server. Read the privacy policy.
- Honesty over hype. Confidence levels and ruled-out factors keep us — and you — grounded in what the data supports.
- Respect for clinicians. Dizzin is designed to make appointments better, not to replace medical advice. The doctor report is built to be genuinely useful in a consult.
- Low friction. If logging is a chore, you'll stop. An episode takes about 60 seconds; the daily check-in about two minutes.
Who it's for
Dizzin is for anyone whose life is shaped by dizziness — whether you have a firm diagnosis or you're still searching for one. If you're tired of guessing and want to walk into your next appointment with real data, that's exactly who we made this for.
